The document calls for the implementation of the Belém and Bogotá Declarations, the strengthening of the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (ACTO) and PARLAMAZ, the expansion of climate finance, and support for the bioeconomy, climate justice, and the rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities.It also advocates for the adoption of legislative measures to combat deforestation and environmental crimes while promoting forest conservation, recognizing COP30 as a strategic opportunity to consolidate a common Amazon agenda.
